Description
The compact design of the VarioWIN makes it possible to install on any floor of the house. The minimum space requirement is 0.44 M² and it weighs only 150 kg.
Hydraulic and safety components can be integrated, such as the heating pump, motorised mixing valve, expansion vessel, hot water pump, safety valve and pressure gauge - saving time and money.
The burner based on drop firing provides the best combustion results, even in low output ranges. Small amounts of ash are produced, maintenance intervals are long, efficiencies are high and emissions are low.
The VarioWIN benefits from the following Burnback Protection systems: Gravity Pellet Drop; Cellular Feeder (Rotary System) and Automatic System Shutdown (Overheat Protection).
The VarioWIN Exklusiv has fully automatic techniques for boiler cleaning which minimise maintenance. These include (i) fully automatic Burner Bowl Ash removal, (ii) fully automated Heating Surface cleaning and (iii) automatic Ash Compression, which extends the cleaning intervals.
The InfoWIN operating unit integrated in the boiler as standard, displays all the VarioWIN operating information at the touch of a button. The MES (Modular Energy System), which can manage the entire heating system, is also available.

My Wood Pellet Boiler experience has been very positive - 2 years in operation with no problems. Very easy to operate and maintain. The ash pan only needs clearing out once every 5-6 weeks and I carry out the annual maintenance myself (on the advice of the Installer). My 30 kW Wood Pellet Boiler provides adequate heating and hot water for the house (2,500 Sq. Ft.), through a 1,000 Litre Buffer Tank, and uses around 6-7 tonnes of Wood Pellets per year.
