Description
The compact design of the BioWIN Plus means it can be installed in the smallest Boiler rooms. It can also be conveniently dismantled and delivered in separate sections.
Wood Pellets can be fed into the Boiler manually or automatically via a suction system. A large internal Wood Pellet Storage Hopper holds 150 kg of wood pellets, allowing for long, uninterrupted burning phases.
The BioWIN benefits from the following Burnback Protection systems: (i) Gravity Pellet Drop; (ii) Pellet Feed Acceleration to eliminate fire in Auger; (iii) Automatic System Shutdown (Overheat Protection) and (iv) a Water Fire Extinguisher.
The BioWIN Exklusiv has fully automatic techniques for boiler cleaning which minimise maintenance. These include (i) fully automated Burner Bowl Ash removal, (ii) fully automated Heating Surface cleaning and (iii) automatic Ash Removal and Compression, which extends the cleaning intervals.
The modern InfoWIN Operating (Control) Unit, mounted directly on the Boiler displays clear, full-text information about how to operate the Boiler. All data can be accessed at the touch of a button. The MES (Modular Energy System), which can manage the entire heating system, is also available.

My Wood Pellet Boiler experience has been very positive - 2 years in operation with no problems. Very easy to operate and maintain. The ash pan only needs clearing out once every 5-6 weeks and I carry out the annual maintenance myself (on the advice of the Installer). My 30 kW Wood Pellet Boiler provides adequate heating and hot water for the house (2,500 Sq. Ft.), through a 1,000 Litre Buffer Tank, and uses around 6-7 tonnes of Wood Pellets per year.
