1. Who uses the Enerfina website and why?
There are two common categories of user of the Enerfina website:
(i) General Users of the Enerfina website are typically interested in learning more about Renewable Energy products, grants and payback periods, but are not committed to purchasing any products in the next 12 months.
(ii) Registered Users of the Enerfina website are typically users who are undertaking a Home Building / Renovation or Retrofit project, and are seriously considering investing in a Renewable Energy product in the next 12 months. A Registered User can compare specific renewable products, view product pricing, select one or more products and engage with suppliers if they wish, all the while benefitting from special discounts available through Enerfina. To register, users must supply their contact details.
2. What does Enerfina do for General Website Users?
By inputting certain pieces of information such as Postal Code, House Type and setting (e.g. Rural, Renovation, Terraced), General Users of the Enerfina website can access:
(i) Information about a range of Renewable Energy products;
(ii) Information relating to Grants / Incentives;
(iii) Budget guidelines and Product Payback data;
(iv) Weather Data specific to their location;
(v) Soil Type data specific to their location.
3. What does Registration mean?
Website Users who wish to view products that may meet their requirements must register with their name and contact details. In return, these Registered Users can view:
(i) Detailed information about specific products;
(ii) Prioritise products according to their (i.e. the registered user's) specific requirements;
(iii) View product pricing and indicative installation costs;
(iv) View product discounts;
(v) Select products and request a Sales Call Back to discuss further.
