Wood Pellet Stoves can be installed in most properties (houses, apartments or commercial buildings). Two main categories of Wood Pellet Stove are available:
(i) Space Heating only, or
(ii) Space Heating and Hot Water.
The latter are equipped with a hot water Heat Exchanger, which can be integrated with the existing hot water and heating system, to provide additional heat energy for your property.
Wood Pellet Stoves can be installed in an existing fireplace and connected to the Chimney Flue, or can be fitted adjacent to an external wall, through which the flue passes. The flue is then fixed to the outer wall.

MCZ Solar Air Wood Pellet Stove
Wood Pellet Stoves are equipped with a small Wood Pellet Storage Hopper which is replenished on a regular basis. The lower the desired temperature for the stove, the longer and the more efficiently the Wood Pellets will burn.
There are a number of advantages to using Wood Pellet Stoves: they are very efficient (up to 94%, depending on the Stove Model and Heat Output required) and produce very little ash. Wood Pellets are cost effective compared to oil and gas, whilst producing a similar heat output.
Wood Pellet Stove technology has made significant advances in recent years. Many Wood Pellet Stove models now feature fully automated Ignition, Fuel supply, Burn Control and Cleaning. Certain Wood Pellet Stove models even allow the homeowner to make a call from a landline or mobile number to activate the stove, so that you arrive home into a warm, comfortable environment.
Windhager FireWIN Wood Pellet Stove
Apart from cutting-edge design, one of the most attractive things about Wood Pellet Stoves is that they have a large window at the front, allowing you to see the flames, creating a cosy, warm atmosphere.
Wood Pellet Fuel
Wood Pellets are considered a "carbon neutral", source of renewable energy because the carbon dioxide emitted when the wood is burned has been taken out of the atmosphere by the growing plant.

Wood Pellet Fuel
Wood Pellets are typically made from dry sawdust which is compressed into approximate lengths of 25mm and either 6mm or 8mm in diameter.
Most Domestic Wood Pellet Boilers use 6mm Wood Pellets, while the Commercial sector uses 8mm Wood Pellets. Both are readily available in the United Kingdom. Wood Pellets can be purchased in bags (10-15 kgs) or in bulk form (tonnes).
