TO APPLICANTS FOR REGISTERED USERS OF THE ENERFINA WEBSITE, this Registration Agreement 
(the "Agreement"), together with the TERMS AND CONDITIONS of this Site, which are hereby incorporated
 into this Agreement, constitutes the agreement between you and Enerfina Limited ("Enerfina") governing 
 your use of the Enerfina Registered User Web Site Services, which concern the provision information on 
 Enerfina green energy products and supply and installation solutions, on the basis of the home and 
 heating specifications you supply to us (the "Services"). 
 
By clicking the I accept button at the end of this page, you are indicating your consent to be bound by 
and become a party to this Agreement. If you do not agree to each and every term of this Agreement then 
click the I decline button. If you click the I decline button, then Enerfina will decline your application 
to become a registered user and you will be returned to the Home page.

1. Registered users will choose a user name and password for use of the Services. Your user name(s) and 
password(s) may only be used in order to gain entry to the Services. Users are responsible for all usage 
or activity on your Services account, including safekeeping of your user name(s) and password(s) and use of 
your account by any third party authorised by you to use your user name(s) and password(s). If you lose or 
forget your user name(s) and password(s), you should contact Enerfina at info@enerfina.com.

2. To log on to the Services you must enter both your user name and password. If you wish to change your 
user name or any other account details, you should contact Enerfina at info@enerfina.com. Enerfina 
reserves the right to limit the number of registered users of the Services from any one organisation 
or business.

3. You may terminate your account at any time, by contacting Enerfina at info@enerfina.com. Enerfina 
may suspend or terminate your account at any time in the event of your breach of any of the terms of 
this Agreement. Enerfina shall endeavour to send an email confirming your access has been suspended 
or terminated following your breach of any of the terms of this Agreement. In the event of suspension 
or termination of your Services account your account access shall be suspended or terminated within 
twenty-four (24) hours and you shall be sent confirmation by e-mail.

4. Enerfina may amend this Agreement, from time to time, by posting the amended terms to this web 
page. This Agreement was last revised on the date set out at the end of this page. Your continued 
use of the Services, following amendment to this Agreement, shall constitute acceptance of the new 
terms and conditions. Enerfina recommends that you periodically revisit this Agreement in order to 
review the amended terms and conditions.

5. Enerfina may add-to, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, 
including the availability of any Services feature, database or content, for any technical or 
administrative reasons whatsoever. Enerfina may also impose limits on certain features and services 
or restrict your access to part or all of the Services, without notice or liability, for any technical 
or administrative reasons whatsoever. In addition, Enerfina reserves the right, in its sole discretion, 
to correct any errors or omissions in any portion of the Services.

6. The information provided in the Services is updated by Enerfina from time to time and may not, 
therefore, at all times be current. Enerfina does not warrant that the Services will operate without 
interruptions, be timely, secure or error free. You should use proper skill and care in the use of the 
information provided in the Services, including the checking of the information against other sources, 
where appropriate. You are responsible for any investment, expenditure or other business decisions made 
based upon the information provided in the Services and under no circumstances will Enerfina be liable 
to you for any economic, special, incidental, consequential direct or indirect loss or damage (including 
but not limited to loss of profits, reputation, goodwill or savings) occasioned by your reliance on the 
information provided in the Services.

7. Enerfina shall use reasonable skill and care in the compilation, transmission and presentation of the information contained in the Services. However, except as expressly set forth in this Agreement all warranties, terms and conditions, whether oral or written, express or implied by law, custom or otherwise, including, but not limited to, any warranties, terms and conditions relating to merchantability, fitness for purpose, description or quality, are hereby excluded, to the maximum extent permitted by the applicable law.

8. The statutory rights of Users dealing with Enerfina as consumers shall remain unaffected by the provisions of this Agreement.

9. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Enerfina and you with respect to your use of the Services. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of this Agreement, or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision, or portion thereof, shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of this Agreement and the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

10. This Agreement is personal to Enerfina and you. You may not assign, novate, sub-contract or otherwise transfer your Services subscription, or part or all of this Agreement, without the prior written consent of Enerfina.

11. Nothing in this Agreement shall create or be deemed to create a partnership, joint venture or relationship of employer and employee of any kind between Enerfina and you.

12. Enerfina shall not be liable for delay or failure to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement where and to the extent that such delay or failure results from any circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
