How does the process work?
The Enerfina website will allow customers to investigate and size various green energy solutions for their homes. To develop a potential solution we need to ask basic information about your home and your location. Where Enerfina don’t already have an agreement in place with a proven Installer for the system selected by the customer, we will focus on concluding this agreement in an accelerated timescale, so as not to impact the customer’s installation schedule. Enerfina will store all customer solutions on our system for a period of time until we are instructed to move the process forward.
The 10 key steps in the process are:
1. We will arrange a site survey using one of our proven Installers once the customer has contracted
with us and remitted funds to our account to cover site survey costs
2. On receipt of funds we will confirm contract arrangements with our proven Installer
3. The Installer will come to your home and confirm that the solution is appropriate (or not, depending on
conditions)
4. If the solution is confirmed and the customer decides to continue then Enerfina will complete the SEI grant
approval form
5. Only when the customer is approved by the SEI for a grant does the next stage of the process begin
6. Enerfina will execute contract clauses that bind the Installer and Supplier to agreed discounts
7. The customer remits the balance of the funds (at the discounted level)
8. Enerfina contractually confirms supply dates with the Supplier
9. Enerfina contractually confirms installation dates with the Installer and the customer
10. Enerfina pays the Supplier and Installer on successful installation and commissioning of the product
